Returns & Refunds

All sales are FINAL. We do not offer exchanges/returns/refunds, nor do we allow cancellations once you have paid for your purchase. J Porro Photography reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Due to the nature of the Limited Edition Framed Canvas, all sales are final once you have paid for your purchase. We will send you a confirmation email once your order is placed to make sure that we are sending you the correct order and then send you the billing information for payment. Once you have paid for your purchase, no changes can be made.

Processing & Shipping Times

​

Processing time for orders are 2-3 business days. These times may be extended during holidays. Shipping times will be confirmed in the confirmation email. Delivery time is 3-5 business days within in the United States and 10-15 business days internationally.

Customs & Taxes

​

Items shipped outside the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, handling fees and possibly other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore cannot be reimbursed by J Porro Photography.
